Tried a new Japanese restaurant called Eiji.
One of their specialties is a house made soft tofu. Pretty good.
You throw in some ground up ginger and chopped up shiso and green onion
Their Ankimo was pretty good too! Its a fairly large chunk.
And the chefs assortment of sushi
and the cold duck breast
and the uni which was a little disappointing in its flavor
and a new feature I will be adding when I eat out... How clean is their toilet. This ones pretty clean.
anyhow we arent going back. Sushi was good and all but there isnt enough variety for us to really give a crap.
