Anyhow I have been MIA. Lots going on and not lots of time. So here are some pics from our tapas dinner. Pickled beet salad with blue cheese, walnuts, radishes, pistachios and blood orange olive oil. Yum!
cold apps. Some marinated anchovies, charcuterie, and cheeses
Steak and Foie on sticks over crispy potatoes
padron peppers
calamari over squid ink rice
chorizo with beans and mushrooms
shrimp with spanish paprika
and for dessert we have creme brulee
and profiteroles!
