made some more chorizo

Hang it upstairs for a day

this allows the bactoferm to create acid to give it that tang

Then hang it downstairs where its cooler so it can cure and dry for a couple weeks

yeah boy do it 

 Amina hates that I use the workout equipment for sausage making.  We added a new machine

So up top you have the pull down machine  then the treadmill

then the press machine, the bech press thats folded away and my new Power Rack!  awesome

but Im still a scrawny weakling and I have no muscles.  =(
