For the family birthdays we did Sliders!!!

I prepped the bacon, sauteed mushrooms

 caramelized onions

 roadhouse onions

 bought the buns... dont get these buns from Trader Joes.   They are way too dense and gross =(

 jars of misc stuff

 foie

 we did some polish dogs too

 and bratwurst

 quail eggs

 fried in foie fat

 these were too hard to eat!

 but fun!

 make your own sliders!  perfect for the kidlets.
